Understatement Blog #5

As most of you know me now as the Understatement, I feel like I'm more appreciated now at work. My co-worker Irony no longer works on the ship with me, instead he works as a flight attendant on a plane. I do enjoy understating the obvious as it is, not like my buddy Hyperbole who only seems to exaggerate. Anyways, hope you enjoyed my blogs.

A few weeks ago, I was visiting a friend from out of state. I wanted to buy a gift for him, so I decided to travel to a very busy and popular nearby mall. Recently, there's been a lot of issues involving parking due to all of the lots being filled up. Evidently, not everyone can drive well enough to park their cars correctly. However, is it really that hard to park your car on a busy weekend like this?

The other day, I decided to go hiking in the mountains and I found a few buffaloes wandering around. There's only one type of species that I find particularly interesting, the Wood Bison or mountain buffalo. Apparently, later that afternoon,  a couple tourists decided to take a "selfie" with the wild buffaloes close by, literally, at most 30 feet away. Obviously, that's not the safest way to take a decent photo with the wilderness and you know what's going to happen when you do. This is why you need to read the signs of the state park.

Understatement Blog #2

The past few weeks have been insane. There was a lot of rain recently, so I couldn't even drive on the road due to all of the floods! Ever since the storm hit my area, life has been going pretty rough. Every time I leave my house or get something to eat, I have to use my boat instead of my car for now. It's pretty crazy, but at least it's not as dry as usual.

After a few days at work, only a few people actually understand who I am. I work as an operator on a ship for Captain Obvious and it seems like he's the only one who I actually enjoy talking with. I feel like my co-worker Irony is so overrated, it's like people don't even know who I am. Obviously, I like being simple and clear, but some people think I'm too obvious. At least, some people enjoy expecting the obvious.
